License Recovery
If you have purchased Singlebox directly from our website, you can retrieve your license keys here. Just enter the email you used when making the purchases below and send the request to receive an email with all your keys.
If you have purchased Singlebox from the Mac App Store or from the Microsoft Store, the license is tied (and can be recovered) with your Apple ID or Microsoft Account. Thus, you will not receive a license key from us.
If you have purchased or received a license key from one of our partners other than Paddle or FastSpring (e.g. BundleHunt or SharewareOnSale) prior to January 2021, then the license key cannot be retrieved here. Please contact the corresponding website to retrieve your key instead.
